Return request, Defective, or Wrong Merchandise: All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective item or simply wish to request a return for an exchange due to sizing issues; please contact us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return along with your order number to email@example.com.

Approved returns will be issued a full refund or store credit for full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified quantity, percentage, shipping discounts, and restocking fees. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (I.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
To request a return, you must follow the instructions below.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account if you do not have an account please locate your 4 digit order number.
- Retrive your 4 digit order number.
- Email returns@lsandcompany .
To make an exchange, please follow the steps for returns. Once we receive the returned item we will then process the exchange.

If you'd like to return any LS and Co. purchases for a full refund, you need to do so within 30 days from the delivery date. LS and Co direct will pay for return freight.
Sale and swim are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, store credit. If your purchase arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us.
