Return Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE FREE AND ARE COVERED BY US

LS & Company prides itself in offering the highest quality, most fashion forward merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our store policies.

Return request, Defective, or Wrong Merchandise:  All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective item or simply wish to request a return for an exchange due to sizing issues; please contact us within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a return along with your order number to returns@lsandcompany.com.

If you would like to request a return for another reason please see details below. 

Approved returns will be issued a full refund or store credit for full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified quantity, percentage, shipping discounts, and restocking fees.  Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (I.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)

 

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will NOT be issued for the following:

 Hair accessories

 Lingerie/Underclothes

 Deal of the Day

 Final Sale

 Bathing Suits

 Jewelry

 Handbags

Returns are not accepted any time Discount Codes are applied. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration,makeup stains, fragrance, or cigarette smoke. We do not accept returns on international orders due to customs and excise fees.

Only Store Credit will be issued :                              

To request a return, you must follow the instructions below. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account if you do not have an account please locate your 4 digit order number.
  2. Retrive your 4 digit order number.
  3. Email returns@lsandcompany .
  4. Indicate the type of return you'd like to make (i.e. for exchange, store credit) 
  5. Receive the approved request via email from us.  Please allow 24 hours for the returns department to reply.
  6. Return your items within 2 days of receipt of our approval for return. Include your order # on the outside of the package and include a note with return reason. 
  7. Items not shipped back within the time frame (2 business days) of the return approval, the item will be NOT be accepted and will be returned to you, no exceptions!
  8. Only return items back using Untied States Postal Service   
  9. Send us the tracking number with your four digit order number at returns@lsandcompany.com  

(Example: Order received on the 12th, must be in our facility before the 17th).

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please follow the steps for returns.  Once we receive the returned item we will then process the exchange.

LATE RETURNS/NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back but not delivered to us within 2 business days after you've received our approval for return.  Standard shipping with USPS is accepted for returns. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of LL & Boutique LLC . and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Returns that are not accepted for the reasons listed in the policy will be returned to you.  You will be responsible for shipping charges.

 

Using Store Credit

To use a store credit, you'll be provided a code to redeem once the return is processed.  You may use the code upon checking out. When checking out, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total.  If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your LL & Boutique  account to be used on future purchases.

Store credit expires at the end of the 4th month after it was issued.

Returns on store credit- the credit will be applied back to the store credit account on file. Maximum allowed times you can do this is two.

 A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned.  The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item. This only means that if you do not collect your item from the delivery company (i.e DHL, USPS, FedEx), you will be charged a restock fee.
